Mike Daniels was incredibly patient, as we ordered a new design as well as our existing one. For the new design I requested a number of design options until we got the one the manager signed off on. Mike checked in along the way and the badges were made and delivered very quickly. Delivery as always also worked well as it can be an issue getting items to us - Australia Post are a good partner for you to use to ensure we receive.
