As discussed with Claire, we are most disappointed with the service provided. After paying almost $700, we did not receive any communication about the product. After a few weeks I had to follow up myself to be told that there was an issue and that they had to be re-ordered again, delaying the process again. As we are returning customers, we felt that we could have been shown a little more professionalism and courtesy. Claire did explain that there was a bread down in communication and apologised.
