I emailed and spoke to AJ Parkes because our badges are falling apart, I requested advice on another badge that would work better for us. I was told that nobody else has the issues we have and then CHARGED to be sent samples. Not good enough.

Happy with the product, but the engraving is hard to see this time, as it was applied directly to the back of the medal with no gold plate attached. First time this has happened.
