I was not happy about the length of time taken to process my order. I had to make numerous phone calls and e-mails - most of which went unanswered. The pins arrived well after the promised delivery date. Once my phone call was replied to, I received wonderful attention and I was grateful for that. The pins were then speedily delivered. I hope that the service is better in the future
The order arrived 19 April. They wrong fonts were used and the name of our school was missing. I called and spoke to Steve. At his request, I sent him an email stating the problem and asking for the order to be redone. He said the order would be done straight away. I rang a week or so later and spoke to Steve again. He apologised and admitted he had overlooked my email. He stated that the order would be done as a matter of urgency. By 11 May I still had not received the order so I rang again and spoke to Jonathan. He also apologised (said they had been inundated with orders) and that I would receive the badges within a few days. The badges arrived 17 May. Usually service has been very good with AJ Parkes but this has been a terribly disappointing experience! And all for four name badges! Karen Auckett (EA to the Principal)
The service provided was exemplary, the item was received very quickly and was exactly as ordered.

We were a little bit disappointed at the length of time it took to arrive. We understand that things are different due to Covid but still thought the process took too long. The other other thing that was a little disappointing was when I spoke with Vance I actually asked for the hat clip monthly medals as we were given the the ones with pins instead.
