As with previous orders I make payment, yet the payment is NEVER allocated against my order (yet I use my order number as the reference), I ALWAYS have to follow up on when it will be delivered yet this time was especially bad and VERY LATE - EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED and wondering if I need to deal with another supplier.
