How do I design and order name badges online?

Should you have any difficulties ordering your badges, please view the Tutorial below for more information. don't hesitate to contact our customer service team on 1800 777 125. Note that for multiple name, we recoment to use ou XLS template to upload your names.

To import a list of names from Microsoft Excel, you must first ensure that your data is laid out in the correct format. Click on the green icon to downaload a template. Once your spreadsheet is ready for import, you can:

- copy and paste the data into the form under the field of the badge design online page,
- or upload it with the "Upload bulk text file.
If you still have any issue, you can send your file to sales@ajparkes.com.au with your details.
Please, remember to update the quantity according to the amount of name in the shopping cart.

Can I have a custom background design or colour for my name badges?

For Custom Backgrounds:
Please upload your background as a logo and stretch it across the background of your design when ordering.

For Custom Colours:
Please select a PMS colour from the options available or specify the RGB breakdown for a specific match.

How much do you charge for artwork and/or setup?

We do not charge set up or Design fees for name badges

What is the minimum order quantity for name badges?

There is no minimum quantities or minimum order for name badges as the order is PLACED ONLINE. You can order one only if that is all you require. However the prices are better with larger quantities.

What is the production time for your name badges?

The turn around time for name badges is approximately 1 - 3 working days (online orders).
Please note: For express post please make sure a due date is entered into the system by the user during the ordering process. This will insure production awareness to your date required.

Please remember: If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us as soon as possible, as we can usually accomodate requests.

Is there a set up cost?

There is generally only special set up fees with products made from precious metal such as 9ct gold or Sterling Silver.

What is the Turn around time for Metal badges?
